Product Overview

The Automatic Bare PCB Board Loader is an automated PCB handling machine designed to load and transfer bare printed circuit boards (PCBs) from a stacked board supply into PCB manufacturing and fabrication processes.

It replaces manual board loading and provides stable, controlled and continuous PCB feeding between production stations. Depending on the line configuration, it can be integrated with conveyors, processing machines and other automated PCB fabrication equipment.

Unlike an SMT PCB Loader, which is primarily used to feed bare boards into SMT assembly equipment, this machine is positioned for PCB manufacturing, PCB fabrication and bare-board processing lines.
