Orbotech Discovery™ II 9000 PCB Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) System

The Orbotech Discovery™ II 9000 is an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) system designed for PCB manufacturing and inspection applications. It is suitable for inspecting inner layers, outer layers and build-up layers used in conventional, multilayer, HDI and advanced PCB manufacturing.

The system combines optical inspection, reference comparison and model-based inspection technologies to identify PCB pattern and manufacturing defects.
