Description

The machine is specifically designed for solder mask printing on various rigid PCB circuit boards. It uses CCD alignment for automatic deviation calculation, combined with the UVW platform for precise position control, eliminating the need for pinning beds. Any pattern can be used as the target. The frequency conversion drive system continuously controls the stencil lifting and squeegee speed, with separate precision control for the squeegee and doctor blade, ensuring reliable printing results. The micro-adjustment handle for the frame further enhances the printing accuracy.

In combination with Meiding’s self-developed synchronous docking platform and conveyor belt, the system can seamlessly integrate with a tunnel furnace for fully automated line operations. In addition to PCB solder mask printing, it can also print characters and pads, and is compatible with various types of thermosetting inks, photosensitive inks, and UV-curable inks, meeting diverse production needs.
