Product Introduction

Features:

Adopt the latest design special transport guide rail, made of high temperature resistant and wear resistant aluminum alloy, high rigidity and no deformation. The guide rail width adjustment system adopts the rack and pinion coaxial width adjustment device to ensure that the parallelism of the guide rails reaches ±5MM, which effectively prevents the occurrence of stuck and dropped boards.
The transportation system adopts Delta inverter stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, jinyou motor drive, and high-quality carbon steel chain transportation to further ensure smooth transportation. It is also equipped with UPS uninterruptible power supply and manual shake out function, which can effectively prevent the PCB from being burned in the furnace due to sudden power failure.
Using high-quality industrial computer control, LCD display, Windows 7 operating system, with flexible curve testing and powerful dynamic curve analysis functions, and can print and save all data at the same time, to meet the lead-free process.
All electrical components are imported components, and all signal wires are shielded to ensure long-term SMT 24-hour stable and reliable operation.
