  • The rack is welded by the thickened square welded ioint, and the vibration aging treatment is used to eliminate the internal

  • Integral steel platform ensures the stability of high-speed operation.

  • Drive and control system with high speed, high reliability and high stability, X, Y and Z are inear modules made bv Panasonic

  • servo+high-precision ball screw + linear slide rail.

  • The patent type fully sealed module completely isolates fog from corrosion of lead screw and slide rail.

  • Carry the glue valve: the firing pin type dispensing valve + the conical small mist flower valve .

  • It can achieve spot spraying, linear spraying, curve spraying and other multi track spraying, and can finish high density complexcircuit board spraying process. The edge ofthe spraved coating is clear and uniform, and the shadow effect of spraving can be eliminated.

  • Equipped with automatic soaking and automatic spiting device, it can avoid the jetting and blocking phenomenon of the glueoutlet.

  • Adopt computer control, Windows operation system, fault acousto-optic alarm and menu display.

  • offline programming supports CAD mapping and manual programming.

  • Equipped with on-line equipment automatic signal connection port.

  • The automatic exhaust gas collection and discharge device has effectively reduced the emission of irritating gases.
