1. Using a unique cutting method, circuit board cutting is completed by six blades, and the upper and lower blades form a group to form a cutting unit. They are A, B, C, three groups. The whole cutting process is divided into three stages. The blades of group A first cut 40% of the circuit board, and then the blades of group B run over the groove cut by blade A again, completing 40% of the cutting volume again, and finally the blades of group C cut the final 20% of the cutting and smoothing, because the amount of cutting each time is small, the stress generated during the cutting process is reduced by more than 80% compared with the traditional one-time cutting method. The edge of the divided circuit board is smooth and smooth, and the surface of the board is very smooth, not twisted or warped. It is currently the only machine on the market that can guarantee that the aluminum substrate will not be deformed after cutting
