Wave soldering machine, mainly used for electronic products plug-in welding, especially for through-hole printed circuit board (PCB-RRB- welding. This welder uses molten solders (lead-tin alloys) to form solder peaks that allow preloaded components to pass through the PCB, to realize the soft soldering of mechanical and electrical connection between the soldering end or the pin and the PCB pad.
The working principle of wave soldering machine is that the molten solders are sprayed into the required solder wave by electric or electromagnetic pump, or formed by injecting nitrogen into the solder pool. When a PCB with components passes through this solder crest, the welding process is completed.
